Liars and they don't help each other. Lots of gossip and being petty to patients.
Hostile work environment. Turnover rate is incredibily high.
Everytime an employee leaves they do not replace them but just add that person's responsibilities on to a current employee -- expecting 2 jobs to be done in same 40 hrs with overtime not allowed. They push employees to breaking point and Skywood is losing great people because of it.
Upper Management values revenue over culture. The idea is to keep as few people working as possible so that profits are the highest, ignoring burnout and unhappiness. Employee turnover is higher than any job I have ever worked.
Low morale. Dishonest management.
