Work & Life Balance

Great place to work if the management is professional
I like that I’m offered flexibility but I feel likeI often have to fight for it. I am mother of multiples. My manager has no children and actually despises the thought of ever having any but of course to each their own. However, they do not understand how when being a mother, you are always a parent first- employee second. They are also easily tempered, does not deal with pressure easily, and a gossip of other employees in a negative way. I feel like they should hand choose their managers a little bit more. This manager had no prior experience in the management world.

They have a selling process that everyone needs to be certified in. Online training and lots of practice occurs to get you ready. It’s a fairly intuitive process to pick up. Recertifications happen every so often. If you follow the process, connect with your customers, and make outbound calls-you will succeed here. Management is always willing to coach me and give feedback on what I can do different. My teammates all help each other out for the same. A solid company with above average pay as long as you don’t try to reinvent the wheel.

Don't have much to say. The phone calls you tons and people and. Thank goodness I was just a good friend of the family but unpredictable and the best thing about it was that I was in my first year at the school in a few weeks but unpredictable. The first time you tons and I have to go with the same stuff and the whole time you are having trouble getting out of here.

This company is taking away money from it's employees left and right. They push political views down thru the company. Store managers are terrible here most of them clueless. Took money out of our pockets this year with a new pay structured our pay grade. Sales associates are making way less now then ever before.....really stay away not a good sales job at all.

This company proved that they do not care about their employees as soon as COVID-19 rolled around. We were all immediately furloughed, and had ZERO communication as to if we would get our jobs back until we got a very cold phone call announcing we had been let go. I strongly advise against working for this company.
