Hourly rate + commission+ team bonus for when you achieve store quota. Good team in store equals good pay. It's not easy but the work is fun. If you like helping people it's rewarding.

I think that is only in their main offices, but you are required to make calls to existing customers and they give you leads to call as well, so in a way, yes.
