Everyone gets 1-3 admits every shift. You feel like you are just throwing treatments & medication at people. Instead of actually being able to care for them. With a heavy patient load everyone usually has to stay over an hour or 2 to finish charting.

It's like working with family
Nurse (Current Employee) –  Slidell, LAAugust 17, 2018
The fact that you work with the same people helps develop a family atmosphere where coworkers support each other. The ancillary support helps you do your job with less headaches. You can devote more time to your patients.
