What is the interview process like at Smart & Final?

One in person interview
You will be interviewed by 4-5 managers. The questions that will be asked will pertain to performance, productivity and associate engagement.
Fill the application and a short interview then you get send to a clinic for the drug test ,if you pass they set up a day for orientation Wich is like 3 days.
Its very easy and fast
Slow, and they didn't care who the person was, just needed to fill the position as quick as possible

Casual in store managers office
Some managers don't even interview, but the one who do will ask you vary basic questions like what retail experience do you have and why you'd like to work for Smart and Final.
A phone call to set up a time to meet with the stores manager which you then attend and review your resume and application and are either denied or accepted depending on if the manager thinks you meet the requirements.
About 15 minutes, basic interview questions.
