The typical day start as receiving email from customer asking about their products, like how many we have in the building, missing inventory, production workflow and start to investigate it.
i learned how to research a product inside the inventory software, check the usage of the product since the receiving to the production line, picking and shipping.
Direct communication with the Supervisor of the area and Plant Manager, coordinate small group for research.
hardest part of the job was look into the product account because it mean i have to Audit the product and every area on the warehouse who use it, then balance out.
Enjoyable part is to know that i did a excellent job and we as a have a another happy customer, because he is sure that his investment is well protected.
