The specialists cared very much about their patients and provided the best care, The general dentistist had to work fast and were not able to spend as much time as they needed with the patients. As an office manager, stress from not having enough staff to do the jobs properly. Being expected to do 3 and 4 peoples job at the same time trying to do your own and upper management not caring as long as the job is done and the schedules are filled with production.
