It’s by far the worst! I mean it doesn’t even matter whether you get a lunch or not. All they are concerned for is making their stupid “quota” that way we can get “bonuses” but it’s all b.s it’s nothjng true. They are all lies and doctors that worked in the office I was at was horrible and hygienist! These people do not care about anything but $$$ . They are rude and inconsiderate of everyone .

There are two CBO’s and one does not receive the same fun and interactive treatment as the other. Exclusion is one way to show how unappreciative the company can be and it is hard to explain to employees why one location shares more with their team than the other.

Smile Brands will be around as long as there are dentist who don't want the headache of opening their own office or are wanting to retire. With the new government healthcare, offices are already being gobble up to promote these health care orginaziations.

Yes as long as you have time on the books and no one else in that department is out, IE only one dental assistant at a time, one front desk, etc.

Once a position offered and is accepted it usually takes about 48 -72 hours Basically the Time it takes for all of the Background info and paperwork to get done.
