Once a year, but the percent depends on the offices in the area staying within budget, and making 100% of production and collection goals
You Don’t get raises
They don't do raises every year depends of the managers. I was working 4 years my raise was 27 cents . They cut your hours and managers get all bonus.
Worked there two different times total of 2.75 years. Received one raise of .25/hr because my manager had "to figure out what everyone else got first". Received one bonus...neither of which equal 1 of my checks now.
Annual performance reviews and merit increases.

I've worked for almost 4 years and I've asked multiple times for a raise and was told they couldn't do it, so good luck!
