Good job overall. Can be overwhelming when you are first chair and have to see the majority of the customers to make a sale. When you are last chair you are not allowed to see customers for that day and it hurts your sales goal. Commission is trash

When I made the decision three years ago to change my career path and make the move to SDC, I was scared. But let me tell you it was one of the BEST decisions I ever made. SDC is more then just a company, it’s a family, a support system. YES this company is fast paced, YES retail positions are “sales” based. Yes expectations are set high. But at the end of the day, this is the right company for the right people! You have to have a positive mindset and be open to coaching and constructive feedback. You need to learn, understand and be willing to live out this company‘s core values. You have to be able to self reflect and own your opportunities. SDC is an amazing company, with leadership who care about their people, who listen to the fields feedback. You get out of this company, what you are willing to put in. It’s not just punching a time clock to earn a pay check, it’s about creating confidence in your customers though the process of changing their smile. It’s about growing and developing your team. SDC IS a great place to build your career and a great place to call home!

There is an unusual high tuner over rate and I believe it's because they are forcing you to push people into decisions they may not be ready for. More emphasis on sales in training if this is a requirement of the job.

Smile Direct Club is a very exciting company to get in with at first. Overtime, the high pressure sales wears you down. The pay is very good, but ethics go out the window.

Good place to work bad place to start a career. Who really cares about smile direct anyway? Waste of time and money honestly speaking. No kitty mane.
