I would rather be lit on fire, soaked in honey, roll in a fire ant hill and then be forced to work in a Chinese sweatshop than ever go back to work in a SmileShop.

The feeling of helping someone get a better smile, but that faded due to the pressure and frustration from the higher ups that is placed on you to sell aligners to people that can’t afford to purchase them. This company thinks that there “journey” or script is perfect and will make anyone purchase if you just follow the script the right way and deliver a “5 star appointment”. This company is not good, do not work here!

It is purely sales based besides using an iTero element to take 3D scans of the mouth, which is digital so you don't actually need your X-Ray certification.
