I originally got hired into the company for a position I was really excited about. After three weeks I was told it wasn't a good fit and I could leave the company that day, or go to another department. I liked the mission of the company and I did not have another job so I decided to stay. I lost one dollar in pay, my hours changed, but I got a good - more ... manager.
