Was a great place to learn about dental, but advancement was difficult

Genuinely loved this company, and absorbed everything I could about dental while I was there. Unfortunately, was promised a management position and then it was given to a less qualified person with zero dental experience. After that, I could not logistically side myself with a company who grooms and promises management, only to side-swipe their hardworking employees.

the patients made your job enjoyable, fast-paced office and time fly when you are working. The place needs doctors that care about patient's treatment!

Don't bother staining your resume

This place was a terrible experience from the start. The staff is underpaid, untrained and no one takes responsibility for anything. They treat patients like an assembly line and rush you through everything which compromises quality and then want staff to cope with substandard working environment. The managers don't care. it was a very cliquey group of lazy spoiled brats that you have to work with. It was an embarrassment to work there and they really don't care about employees or patients.

Great clinical team

Solid place to work, staff is friendly and the clinical team is great to work with. It can be difficult to reach someone to make or change appointments when needed.

It's a fast paced environment where even if you go above and beyond you're not appreciated

Very fast pace , Lack of good management, Call center employees were nice.Very unfair when it came down to cleaning task.Oral surgery doctors and staff are amazing, orthodontist very rude!

Management sucks They tell you you're going to get yearly raise.... They lied You do your job and also others Pay sucks People get in your face and curse you out but the manager doesnt do much about it
