Many of the promises were not executed. Most of the job description of Reconstruction ASR were not fulfilled and manager who signed the contact is non committal. The Recon ASR across the country is a 1099 position with Zero benefits. Just keep that in mind. The trauma division of Smith & Nephew is W2 and benefits.
