while it could be pretty exciting place to work, few things threw me off:
- first of all there is little coherence between the designer and the installer, meaning we have to go through the third party (SN) to do our job, which creates a lot of frictions
- little control over order for the same reason - everything has to go through some people at 800 - more ... number
- no draw, no minimum payment, sketchy compensation - less
