Lots of people who work there not many days off though the people who work with are all pretty nice the longer you are there the more time off you get

Horrible working environment you get worked to death 24/7 and are expected to keep working no matter what. They will not work with you when it comes to family matters, they will point you heavily for the dumbest reasons.
Packer in Smithfield, VA

They will tell you you get weekends off and only work a Saturday if production is low but even when you are on quota they will work you 6-7 days a week for MONTHS straight. They are reluctant on wanting to accept time off requests even when it’s for a doctors appointment. Management is very high school-like, they pick and choose their favorites and can make work life hard for employees they aren’t too fond of. The overall experience of the plant is chaotic to say the least, the money is good but after awhile it’s not even worth the trouble.
Lead Supervisor in Edwardsville, KS

Diss like the place. It started as a perfect place to work over time that changed. I’ve been here for 4 years and thing are no the same. Not much for a personal life
