There's no training, no supervison, pointless meetings, zero support, no protocol on anything, constant miscommunication or no communication, no safety procedures, very low morale, no help from HR, violation of every HIPAA guideline imaginable, no privacy for you and the client, and poor management. The supervisors/managers are either texting on their cell phones all day, out on personal appointments on company time, taking 2 hour lunches, or not in the office for days on end. Staff does whatever they want and there is zero accountability. Half the people I worked with worked very hard and the other half did essentially nothing and/or made others do their work. Programs don't communicate with one another even though they share clients and it is continuously frustrating. Turnover is very high. I know 7 people who have quit in the past 2 months.
