I really don't know about the Sick day leave policy there, but all i can say about sick leave there for me it was just excellent. Because soon after i was hired there i had some medical problems and they worked with me very well and there's no complain with me as far as i know the company is very caring and understanding. Im planning to go back there to work now that im better they even emailed mail to schedule an interview . I love SMS .

My advise will be to search somewhere else. You will be overworked and underpay. Management in Cape Canaveral are unprofessional and rude. Leaders have no idea what they are doing they will report you if they see you eating but leaders walk around with food on their hands. The terminal manager has two faces and will betray you on the spot if needed.
The only employees who get the hours and the promotions are either her close friends and family that she brings to SMS.
This so called Manager asked me to resign to my position because I ask her to reply back when we send her messages. In return she denied my Xmas vacation even thought I had notified her 4 months in advance. You will definately regret working there unless they improve their management and favoritism. This company is not an equal opportunity employer at all.
