My review is strongly influenced by the franchisee that i happen to be hired by. He would deny me lunch break and deny me enough time to even get a drink of water becuase he wanted to end early (10 hour days still). Working for a big company like Snap-on has been great! The medical benefits and compensation are fair. This is a fast pace environment and the culture is team focused.
