Horrible! I went in for a first interview on December 5th, but didn't actually start work until January 8th.

Horrible place to work. Every call you take is being listened to, so there is constant babysitting and reprimanding. It was like walking on eggshells everyday. I found nearly everything about it awful. Except for a few exceptions, the franchisees are arrogant and belittling to women. A lot of work to do in very little time.

Apply at a temp service, pass that drug test and background check, go work a straight 8 shift (8 hours with 1-10 minute break and 1-25 minute lunch) at 9.65 per hour for 90 days, at 90 days get a raise to 10.50 per hour, work for another 13 months to 2 years at 10.50 per hour, if your lucky and meet production and volunteer for all the overtime you can, you might get hired at 16.32 per hour. Even if you work and never miss, there is no guarantee you will be hired.

You get 5 days your first year. I don't remember the increments, but at 10 years I was getting 15 days.

Stop babysitting employees and constantly looking over their shoulders. Management is rude and extremely arrogant. This place is terrible to their employees.

Too much overtime. We typically work 56 + hours a week, and work 6 days a week. Your kids will wonder who the strange man is when you finally get home but unfortunately, you'll be too tired to have a life outside of work, if you had one
