Horrible! I went in for a first interview on December 5th, but didn't actually start work until January 8th.

Horrible place to work. Every call you take is being listened to, so there is constant babysitting and reprimanding. It was like walking on eggshells everyday. I found nearly everything about it awful. Except for a few exceptions, the franchisees are arrogant and belittling to women. A lot of work to do in very little time.

Stop babysitting employees and constantly looking over their shoulders. Management is rude and extremely arrogant. This place is terrible to their employees.

Too much overtime. We typically work 56 + hours a week, and work 6 days a week. Your kids will wonder who the strange man is when you finally get home but unfortunately, you'll be too tired to have a life outside of work, if you had one
