They will contact you by phone to arrange an interview, typically within a week of the job closing. After your interview, be prepared to wait another week or so for the call back, either to let you know that you got the job or you didn’t. They are one of the few companies that you let know either way, which I really respected, and the process was fairly quick when they got started overall. About 1 month after the job closes to schedule, imterview, and find out if you were hired.

Initially I felt very proud, and was happy to tell my friends and family. I still partially feel this way because only employees truly know what is happening behind the scenes. To customers, everything probably looks great. There is a positive emphasis on customer service.

They will contact you through phone and do a interview where three people will ask basic questions about you and the stuff you put on your resume. If you pass that interview, i think you do one more and if you pass that one you will be placed in a pool so when they have a position available they will randomly draw an applicant from that pool. usually takes a few weeks for them to contact you to see if you qualify for the phone interview .

Focus on the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method and have various examples lined up in your head to use of basic questions (what do you do if a customer is upset, etc). Smile and remember to be personable, during the interview is not the time to be quiet and timid. Good luck!
