Testing is open note and there is multiple facets to the training and testing process. (Hands on & multiple choice) All of the answers are given the day before the test and trainees go through an extensive PowerPoint presentation, learning games, mock calls, and shadowing of active employees on the verifications floor.
If I left Soaren it would mean I found a better paying career or a profession that used the skills I learned at Soaren to better my career path. Working at the Las Vegas site has given me the opportunity to go to any call center with extensive skills for a call center with highly developed customer and employee relations.
Telling people I work at Soaren Management has been a great achievement. I have had many opportunities for growth with the company and do not see myself leaving anytime soon.
Soaren has grown quickly in the last two years. Because of the huge increase of employees in such a short amount time, there has been opportunity for many employees to be promoted within their first year of working there. Very rare opportunity that does not happen often at other companies.
What is the vacation policy like at Soaren Management? How many vacation days do you get per year?
Your first year working, you start accruing PTO and you get 5 days. Your second year working at Soaren Management, you start accruing more and I believe you get 10 days.
