I've worked at two University's in two states for Sodexo. They background check, they do drug test if you are injured on the job. They do not hire any person on sex offender list.

Yes they do hire felons. I just got hired here and it took about a month for my background to come back

That you would have to contact the company that's a personal question for as I'm concerned I don't fit that category but what I can say if they do background checks straight to the point but they do not discriminate they will help you in every which way they can they have jobs for many people in any field they will work with you they do not discriminate

It depends on the location. If the location you're working at will not allow any convictions, you can't work there. At my location it is fine if it was over 7 years ago.
