Chaotic

The team was great, however, the environment was pretty chaotic. A lot of ad-hoc work and little training/guidance. Along with this, there was also a culture of micro-management.

Run as fast as you can

Great benefits such as health insurance and paid long term and short-term disability. Lunch cardThats about it the rest is history, no support, overpriced, will kill your loans for no fault of yours or the clients, the bps they pay is so low its actually pretty funny. ALL AROUND RUN, this in the mortgage side of things in the Frisco, TX office.

Great place while it lasted. Could never catch a break from management.

Worked at this company until I was let go back in Feb. 2022. Great work from home balance to begin with. During my time here however, management always threatened discipline for ranking near if not dead last on incentives. Always a push at this local center to hire more LDS, active folks. Let me go in the end due to cutting costs on employee wages.

Terrible SchedulesNo Accountability from Management StaffPoor TrainingLack of awareness for parents needing accommodations for their children. In comparison to other similar jobs SoFi doesn’t pay that well.

What is the best part of working at the company?The people that work there make the company what it is. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The job itself, I will not say was stressful but the training could have been better. We basically were in training-even though we were in production because we were learning more about what to do in our position via production.
