Hello Kyle. I am sorry you misunderstood our benefits plans. I am also confused because you were never an employee of our company but say that you were below. I would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight. Software Resources offers world class benefits to our employees. We offer paid vacation to full time staff members. This includes 2 weeks vacation after the first year of service and an additional day added with each year of service. In addition, we offer 5 Paid Time Off days per year that can be used for sick or personal days. That's a total of 15 paid days. In addition, Software Resources offers major medical, vision and dental benefits to all employees nationwide. We also offer a 401(K) plan with match to all employees. Software Resources even pays for 50% of the total medical premiums. Software Resources also provides paid sick leave in states and cities where it is required by law. Our firm takes pride in its benefits and in attracting top talent through incredible benefits, compensation and top client contracts.
