A typical day at work involves daily prep and execution of all menu items, and possible specials or banquet menu items.
I have learned how to prepare and price recipes, cooking techniques, and many cultural food items.
Management at SoJo are heavily involved in daily operations.
Workplace culture is still new to me because of my previous work experience, I am still adjusting to this new concept.
The hardest part of the job is that SoJo Spa Club is getting busier with every passing week, need more man employees to succeed.
The most enjoyable part of the job are the employees and the NY skyline view.
