I was hired to be outbound Auto dial only. Then we were advised that they were going to be Blended meaning that we had to learn all 12 scripts and be able to get a call from anyone of these products at any given time. You're lying to the customer because you are not at that location you do not work for the dealership, you work for a company who contracts - more... with the dealership to make appointment.
