Started as a Jr regional manager was promised I would move up fast within 4 months. 9 months later was finally offered a Regional Manager. Only way you move up is someone quits or they fire people with 0 reason why. If you don’t brown nose the right people your gone. Employees there work hard but if upper management doesn’t know you your days are numbered. - more...
