The team is constantly working hard, striving for success and it helps motivate me to always provide the highest quality of work. There is an open-door policy, a no hierarchy, so you can book a meeting with any member of the company, at any time. Transparency is #1! #WeAreSonatafy

Challenging Work Environment With Room To Grow

My favorite part about working at Sonatafy is that I have a clear and defined role that requires specific tasks to be completed in order to be successful. However, I am pleased to report that there are still unique challenges that present themselves that require me to use critical thinking and develop creative solutions in real time to the benefit of my clients.

I am given the training and leadership to grow my career, I am given the authority to do what is needed to meet our customers expectations
