Answered

I would talk with the lower paid associates, the sales associates, deli associates, assistant managers. Hear any issues they may have and open my ears and eyes to suggestions. They are the backbone of the company that brings in all the sales. I would give more hours to allow the staff to get done tasks that need to be done daily and to ensure customers can be taken care of promptly.

Answered

Answered
