Very nice workers and management. Sometimes of the on weekends workers would call out or not show up and everyone would be forced to pick up the slack. The job can get very busy, but over its a great starting job.

Good

It was fun for a few months but I had to leave due to family stuff. Definitely a good summer job for a teenager. Sucks when you're scheduled right after school to close. But it's alright.

Easy fun job

Flexible schedule. Easy job if you like to be on your feet and hustling. Tips are nice and there are potential raises or job opportunities if you’re a hard worker. Pays time and a half for overtime too.

Pros

Food discount, some holidays off

Cons

No breaks

High Schooler’s Dream

Such a fun work environment. Super fast paced. Not many leaders that want to take initiative but it went great. Customer service skills are necessary.

Depends on the store and staff

Overall a decent job for high schoolers needing a summer job. Definitely more on the lenient side compared to other fast food places but overall decent. Like most fast food places it is only as good as the staff members are. Had some great times working here but overall for the pay wouldn’t recommend for anyone needing to provide for a family.

long hours

no incentives long hours not good pay managers are rude and dont care about the pepole who work for them the coworkers are okay most of the timw would be a good job for a teen not an adult

Decent for a first summer job

If you just want a summer job go for it, otherwise don't. The upper management doesn't really care for its employees but more for its "excellence without exception. Never take a promotion, carhops deal with lot less and managers are micromanage and the upper people do nothing to help when busy or when a concern arises it is never taken care of in. Reasonable time.

Good starter job

Hours can be flexible, somewhat repetitive work, friendly place with little drama. Exposed to different climates, can get hot in the summer in Texas.

Some good some bad

Pros: The best part of my job was the people I worked with. I also enjoyed having a somewhat flexible schedule, especially compared to previous places I worked. Cons: Can be very stressful, very fast-paced

Cool co-workers and upper management

The people I work with are pretty cool and fun, although young so don't expect a ton of maturity. Assistant manager are again nice people who often help the kitchen staff when needed. Back of house workers don't receive any money from the tips. You are also expected to be continuously doing something at all times when you are slow.

Horrible management, unfair treatment of staff

Multiple times where management fully refused staff to leave at scheduled time. Multiple members of staff show up late and management will do their best to force you to stay and pick up the late staff members work until they arrive sometimes upwards of 2 hours late even if you had prior obligations. Management will refuse to assist staff members with customer issues and often sent out none management staff to deal with customer complaints even when the customer directly asks for a manager. Managers will sit in the back their entire shift and rarely help even if busy.

Cons

Everything

Great first job

Most stores are chronically understaffed so if you have open availability you will be called in frequently. Because turnover is high there is always opportunity to move up.

Fast paced environment with good skills development opportunities

It's a great first job, you make decent money from tips. I cashed out every day basically with over $50 in my pockets. It's a great opportunity to learn how to manage your cash and make change on the fly. I typically carried no more than $20 on me at a time to make change with, anything larger than that management was always ready to help. It's a great environment to learn people skills, and how to handle tense situations.

Pros

There's an employee discount, and you can get free medium drinks all day long.

Cons

Breaks were never a guarantee, so a lot of the time eating happened standing in the back, scarfing down what you could in between your job duties.

Good first job

Good first job, but management will over work you till you quit. The employees were great when I worked there they kept me there longer than I would’ve stayed on my own.

Fantastic place

Great place. Miss it. If I ever resided back in Ms I’d still be visiting. Hope it’s been great. It was pretty basic for your first to get to know a job

Good start up

Good place to start. You kind of get stuck once you become a manager. Moving further than that is almost impossible. It's a good foot in the door type of job

Terrible

Make you work till you pass out. Store got closed down due to poor management. No one ever stays usually past a year. Tried to use skates that were too small and they wouldn’t let me change into shoes.
