It was always very busy which isn't necessarily an issue. The issue comes from how disorganized everything is run. The call center is instructed by upper management to double, triple and quadruple book one Patient Care Consultant throughout the day. You're constantly compared to other employees and scheduling numbers are shared to everyone, you're forced to play supervisor's games. They reward newer employees who don't schedule correctly and don't care about their employees who have been there more than 2 years. Management never seems to be on the same page. Just don't.
