The interview process depends on the position applied for. If your resume highlights the qualities we're looking for in a candidate you'll be contacted for a phone interview. This could be followed up by another phone interview with another level up in the organization, or an in person interview. Our processes look different with each role and location - this is something on which we're working to create more consistency. If you have a question about your application status please feel free to contacting recruiting(at)sonobello(dot)com.

None of the promises were kept. No hours..they tell you full time then after you're hired they pull out this paper stating they are only allowed so many hours depending on surgeries.
A practice manager will interview you..whom has no medical background and dosent care about patient safety...just sales...they get big bonuses for sales while nurses get..low pay and burnt out
The process is fairly traditional - meet with team members and relevant management. There was nothing out of the ordinary during the interview cycle.

Straight forward. I had all my questions answered and once I decided it would be a good fit for me (and them), the hiring process continued successfully.
