I was initially interviewed by the previous Plant Manager that had been promoted to Area Manufacturing Manager. I was given a plant tour to look at the facility and operational equipment. Following the plant tour, I interviewed with the Regional Manager and the Division Vice President for Recycling. The setting was great. The atmosphere and interview process was very warming, professional and direct. I enjoyed it!
