144 hours of paid-time-off (“PTO”) per year (earning 5.536 hours per pay period), plus 40 hours of paid sick time per year, with a maximum accumulation of 230 hours between your two banks, combined.
o “PTO” includes holidays and vacation. Sick Time is a separate bank of 40 hours.

Sonora Quest designates a full week of sick time to your paid time off bank each year. In addition, you will also have a general paid time off bank that you can use for any reason. When you first start working with us, you will earn 184 hours, or 23 days, off per year. You can roll over the time you haven't used to the following year. Our time off goes up after three years of service, and again after 7 and 10 years of service as well.

No, we do not require certifications for phlebotomists. We are looking for phlebotomy experience, either as a medical assistant or phlebotomist and/or completion of an accredited phlebotomy program that includes an externship.
