Listen to employees, most of the employees are not happy! The system is broken and other companies are doing better things for their employees..

Dave Dexter I hope one day you actually take a look into the company and really face the fact that you have swept all this under the carpet, just like the fact that a lawsuit happened due to employees not receiving lunches. If you want an honest company you have to be honest with yourself and your people until than this company will always be ran in this manner and anybody with a sense of dignity will never work for Sonora. Improvements start with a great leadership and that is what lacks most at Sonora. Your employees are tired and at the end of the day we are the vital source of your company. Make better investments in your company by taking care of your employees. I urge you too look into the logistics department and speak to any driver there and I reassure you will not like what they have to say.

Pay us more for our work. Have our working hours end after we close to patients to give us a chance to finish closing tasks and be able to leave on time. Allow employees an opportunity to discuss ways to improve the company to the higher-ups because we see the problems every day.
