There is no help from management. They treat you like a minion and don't appreciate or value you as an employee. Everyone is just a number.
Be honest in your interview about your career goals; they are looking for someone who wants to be in the role they are hiring for longer than a year, as it a studio. Keep in mind the pay is not super high as it it a role in the entertainment industry but the corporate benefits are nice. Be sure to follow up with a thank you note to everyone you interview with. Remember the gig goes the the strongest candidate! So brush up on the role you are interviewing for and know your stuff about the company and ask questions about the role, company, and interivew process.
Nice facilities. West side location is a perk for some. Culture is a combination of chaos and lots of pointless meetings.
