God Awful Company
Unarmed Security Guard (Former Employee) –  Haymarket, VAApril 16, 2018
Management is awful, takes far too long for anyone to get back to you. They wait until the last second to do anything and if you need a day off, you're out of luck.

Would not recommend to anybody. 0/10.

Non supportive and out of touch corporate (lack of) leadership
Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  Oakland, CAMarch 6, 2018
Non supportive and out of touch corporate executive leadership. East Coast leadership is inbred and nepotistic.

Leadership makes remote decisions on local market and ignores on the ground personnel experience and suggestions, as well as pleas for support.

Security Officer (Former Employee) –  Parsippany, NJ 07054March 6, 2018
The company lacks professional administrative personnel. They give job positions that do not comply and constantly changing security. It is for that reason that the guards either leave the company or are victimized by their supervisors.

Operations Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVFebruary 10, 2018
Sos was a great job to learn management in. They are Hard working but also very lazy in Management. I worked from 830 am to 9 or 10pm unwilliningly...alot. The Scheduler intimidates the staff into working and forces them by threatening to have them fired. Jon the Branch Manager is a great guy but takes debbies word so blindly.
Pros
Great and large company.
Cons
some management personel.
