I enjoyed working for SOS. I was provided with all the equipment I needed. The vehicle was always maintained. The supervisor was great. I was not micro-managed. The company supported the officers in maintaining a good working relationship with the clients.

The company lacks professional administrative personnel. They give job positions that do not comply and constantly changing security. It is for that reason that the guards either leave the company or are victimized by their supervisors.

Overall, it is a good company to work for but recently my working posts and hours are inconsistent. Recently i have not worked for the past three weeks. Although I like working for the company the inconsistency is affecting my financial goals.
Operations Supervisor (Former Employee) – Las Vegas, NV – February 10, 2018
Sos was a great job to learn management in. They are Hard working but also very lazy in Management. I worked from 830 am to 9 or 10pm unwilliningly...alot. The Scheduler intimidates the staff into working and forces them by threatening to have them fired. Jon the Branch Manager is a great guy but takes debbies word so blindly.
