The starting pay is decent but you don’t get PTO until after one year of employment. Getting Saturdays off is difficult or time off in general. The work culture can be fun as it’s primarily a you get crowd of employees. I do wish they weren’t as strict about certain dress code policies like not being able to wear sneakers when we can be on our feet all day some days. Some systems are outdated, such as client charting but I know they are continuing to grow and transition.

Really great team to work with. It's a supportive and well run company that is fully client focused. You get to help the clients' lives in many ways making the job very rewarding and fun! Great benefits. Love the 2.5-3 days off work making it easy to get things done and coming back on Tuesday makes the week go by quickly. Opportunity for growth within the company and we're always learning something new!

Great health insurance benefits and now off Saturday at noon and Sunday & Monday off, so 2 and a half consecutive days off which is super. Company is amazing, training is great, all specialists are nutritionists and we all know our stuff. Our client results are outstanding and the website is amazing, I am very proud to tell people I work for Sota as most all my friends have heard about the company. They pay better than anywhere else and if anyone working for the company is a problem or not a team player they are not afraid to release them and so they do keep the best. Management is always focused on client results and not the money which feels good. We get tons of client referrals from family and friends.

The team is amazing and treat each other as family. Great positive work environment. Lack of job security. Compensation is satisfactory but the benefits are minimal. Mandatory 6 day work week make it difficult to run errands and take care of personal matters.

SOTA offers a very welcoming environment. It's a great opportunity to help people change their lives and transform their health. You will learn so much about diet and nutrition. Work-life balance can be difficult when you have to work six days a week. Benefits are minimal.
