The training was less than desired. There were many gaps in the expectations and actual job/description. The other co-workers were great to work with. A large disconnect between the office and at home staff.

The culture has totally went down. Everybody walks around the office looking stressed out!! The management is terrible and they most definitely play favorites. Even when you go to them to complain about a problem nothing gets done about it if that person is part of “the click”. Employees are over worked and under paid!!
