I like the job I am currently doing and the people I work with. I would not mind working here for another five or ten years and advancing in the company. The commute is a pain, that and the high cost of living in this area, are the two biggest reasons I would look for something else.

Sound Transit is rapidly growing with light rail expansion across Seattle. The Work life balance is great and the health benefits top notch. Salaries are on the low side and the corporate culture is not one that promotes performance.
