Job was to unload and load BMWs. Awesome co-workers, great supervisor and a lot of room to move to different projects if desired. On some rare occasions you'll work 12+ hours a day

What can I say? I retired from the SCSPA after 33 years and they always were fair and supported any personal issues that may have occurred during my employment. I'm sincerely grateful for everything the SCSPA offered over the years. Wonderful company and great managers (as a whole).

Long hours and stressful enviroment to work in.

12 Hours Shifts patrolling assigned terminal.
I've learned how not to treat people.
Management is horrible.
Co-workers are nice for the most part.
Hardest part of the job is dealing with management.
The most enjoyable part of the job is establishing relationships with longshoreman, truck drivers, tenants, and cruise ship passengers.
