Intern (Former Employee) – Miami, FL – April 23, 2018
I was only at SFPP for a few years an intern due to my mother working there. For the most part I enjoyed my time there but it was extremely fast paced and it was not something I considered having as a full time job due to it having been what my previous major was. For the time I was there one of the hardest parts of the job was the clerical work. Keeping track of all the files was difficult and files always seemed to go missing and new ones had to be made.

This was a busy, place to work at the phones did not stop ringing from 8am to 5pm. The hardest part of the job was making the parents aware that the doctors couldn't come on the phone to assist there questions, and they will have to wait for a call back from the nurse or the doctor.
