I LOVED THIS COMPANY. This job is inevitably difficult and you have to know that before entering. However, the benefits of building a stellar resume for the Social Work or Psychology fields are stellar. You will learn a lot. It's a great position to have while you are still in school, but it is a very tough position to live off of financially. There - more... is a high turn over rate, but that is not because the place is horrible, it's because people move up or move on to high positions. Many people have left and returned. - less
