After working here for right at a year, I noticed lack of respect from the head teller and her disiplinary meathods were unprofessional. The other girls were nice. But definitely a clique type culture and is uncomfortable to work around. The management is not very present in some branches. And it seems to be inconsistent policies and practices that differ from branch to branch. A lot of the tech is old and seems outdated for a growing bigger company.
