South Suburban PADS, is an excellent place of employment, the only con was, some of the Staff, was there for a check and not to give their all to the Homeless Population that they served.

I liked working there under.

I enjoyed coming to work, and the mission is seen throughout the place. The staff was wonderful to work with. The staff are passionate about what they do, and they care about the clients.

Need more room to be able to grow within the company. This is a good job to start when you first graduate or even intern. You definitely are able to get some experience. They need to add more benefits like retirement and increase their employees pay.

Good place

I'd recommend anyone to apply who wants to help the homeless which is what they are all about. You have to have a good mindset and uf you don't you won't succeed.
