I've been here for six years. When I started here, there were still remnants of the old culture. It was a good family place to work, but those days are over at Southco. The "yes men" are very successful here. I see smart, hard working people stagnate here because they don't do enough boot kissing. It's been the culture here for a long time. The yes men have made their way up the ladder and are running this once great company into the ground.
Steady work and a paycheck. Good benefits
micro management, bosses that need their boots licked and the people that do it.
