Management has no clue what the BHA’s are doing to the patients and don’t care or bother to investigate. BHA’s do all the work even some of the nurses work when they aren’t supposed to.

Administrations very reactive and less proactive. Care more about body’s in beds then actual safety and well-being of staff and patients. Limited training for staff, poor treatment for patients, and no consistency.

Overall, I have pretty neutral feelings about the job, decent benefits, decent pay. I go to work without dreading it too much. However, incentives and covid pay were taken away -- which isn't fair to the workers. There are staffing issues because the turnover is high and they hire many people that do not stay for a long time, or are unreliable workers. Some nurses have tension with coworkers which is inappropriate for this work when you are dealing with already escalated patients. The management doesn't really care what goes on, only when they want to discipline you they will say something or put you on a suspension. I enjoy the relationships i have made with patients and other coworkers, but sometimes i do not enjoy the overall workplace culture when management keeps taking things away from the workers.

Great coworkers that’s it!!!!!!!!!!! Management really doesn’t take responsibility for their disorganization. Always scheduling errors. Admissions department is completely disorganized. Patient care is lacking. Management just wants to fill beds.

Great place, nice supervisors. My favorite part of the job was being able to make a difference in the lives of the patients. Ran groups, did observations, was in contact with covid patients.
