N/a (Current Employee) – Hammond, LA – September 7, 2018
The ONLY good thing I can say about this job is the hours are great. Other than that I wouldn't recommend anybody to apply. The pay is less than average. Management is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Information is shared in unprofessional manners for unnessecary reason. They have their picks and chooses, and will go behind you back. They don't operate by who actually does their job, but by who they have an alliance with. Overall it's just not worth it.
Schedule, paid holidays, off weekends
Unprofessional, unethical, below average pay, and no job security

Work/Life Balance was basically nonexistent when employed there.
Director of Administration/Director of Finance (Former Employee) – Zachary, LA – April 19, 2018
Work/Life Balance was basically nonexistent when employed there. Worked from sun up to sun down and once i arrived home I had to work remotely. The workload was beyond extreme and the workplace was hostile due to the CEO at the time.
PRN Pharmacist (Current Employee) – Albany, LA – March 1, 2017
This pharmacy, located in a small community based clinic, is both viable and essential to maintaining the health care needs of the various patients of the area. It provides quality care and medications at very affordable cost to the individuals utilizing their services. The staff is highly motivated, courteous and professional. Unfortunately not many people are aware of the clinic, nor of its on site pharmacy and as such, are not taking full advantage of the services that are provided there. The pharmacy is both conveniently located and provides prompt service with the most enjoyable component being it is only open Monday through Fridays, closed weekends and holidays.

Great place to get your foot in the door and you have the opportunity to learn if you put your mind to it. A bit unorganized and forever making changes. Hardest part of job is departments not interacting and the work flow is not good. Management needs improvement. A lot of workplace gossip. The most enjoyable part of the job is interacting and helping the patients. Human resource sucks and has no experience and always make mistakes and is contradictive. Most employees come to get a paycheck and make friends instead of doing their jobs of putting the patient first and providing quality care.
Interacting with patients, fast paced, paid holidays
Unorganized, nepotism, workplace gossip, work overload, attitudes of employees
Registration Analyst (Former Employee) – Greensburg, LA – January 18, 2014
Administration was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, sending threatening emails. I had to work out of different offices because they did not have the proper space for me to do what I was hired to do, and I was terminated without a moment's notice with no write-ups or complaints.
