Good company to work for.

Good company to work for. Wish I had found them sooner. Not easy work, but we had mostly the tools to succeed. Don't regret working there. The longer you stay the more money you have the opportunity to make.

Stay away, do not believe the culture.

This company prides itself on not having a single layoff. They will terminate you with any excuse they may use. You can be a great employee for 10 years but now since they have too many drivers…a simple mistakes costs your job. That’s there way of not having layoffs smh

fantastic company

I've worked for more companies than I can count on two hands. I've never worked for a company like SEFL. They are employee focused, and employee driven. They bend over backwards for their employees to retain and keep them happy.
