Disorganized, always "rolling out a new program." Employees not valued.

Company has plenty of money to advertise products they can't deliver or haven't got the employees to handle, for new T-shirts, signs, etc., but doesn't give raises and cuts hours. Too much expected of certain employees while others are favored.
